Il gruppo continuò ad esplorare il panorama punk metal, pur rimanendo attaccati all' hardcore. La durata delle canzoni era ancora molto breve. La novità principale riguardava la formazione, cambiata per tre quinti. Infatti la sezione ritmica e la seconda chitarra vennero sostituite con nuovi musicisti.Cause for Alarm

Il concerto venne registrato il 29 Giugno 1979 all'Apollo Theatre di Glasgow, Scozia. Viene erroneamente indicato luglio come mese della registrazione. Alcune delle tracce contenute nell'album, erano già state pubblicate nell'album degli Sham 69 "Sham's Last Stand" del 1989.
